Please note: This index was created prior to proposed psychological therapies regulation. The headings and listings should be considered areas of competence according to existing (1997) regulations and will be revised when the details of statutory regulation are finalised. How to use the Online RegisterYou can look for a therapist in one of four ways:1. Search via areas 2. Search via alphabetical list of therapists 3. Search via primary therapy 4. Search the site by keyword If you search via areas, you will be led through Country, District and town to find the therapists in your choice of area. If you can not find a therapist in your exact location, you can then use the "back" function on your web browser to find the nearest choice for you. Many of our therapists have travel arrangements, or are in locations with easy commuting access. If you choose to search via alphabetical list, you will see a simple list of therapists and their primary location. By searching via primary therapy you will find therapists who specialise in a particular therapy. This is only their declared first choice of therapy and you should note that many therapists have more than one professional competence.
